Initial Consultation
60 minutes - $100

Appointments will be conducted virtually via zoom or telephone.

Nutrition is an integral part of our daily habits and schedule. We will do an in-depth review of everything that could play a role in your diet. We will establish your big-picture goal and discuss the challenges you may face. 
 

You will leave the appointment with:


-A personalized nutrition plan to meet your goals
-Exclusive client resources
-An outlined path forward with practical steps to take that will lead to long-term success

Follow up 
30-45 minutes - $60

Appointments will be conducted virtually via zoom or telephone.

Follow-ups will provide you with accountability which is imperative to building sustainable habits. We will discuss obstacles that may have hindered you and identify a path forward by making adjustments to your goals. 

​

Most clients schedule every 2-4 weeks.
